I've spent more than twenty years helping organizations solve complicated problems by redesigning broken systems. Throughout my career, I've led enterprise software implementations, improved operational processes, and developed frameworks that help teams work more effectively.
Over time, I noticed something that extended well beyond business.
People often spend enormous amounts of energy arguing over which solution is best while rarely asking whether they're solving the problem in the right way to begin with.
That question eventually led me into addiction recovery.
As I studied addiction science, psychology, behavioral economics, neuroscience, and the outcomes of existing recovery programs, I became convinced that recovery isn't a one-size-fits-all solution.
It's a design problem.
That realization became Triple Modular Recovery, a framework built around a simple idea: every person is different, so every recovery strategy should be intentionally designed around the individual instead of forcing everyone into the same model.
I'm not interested in replacing one recovery orthodoxy with another. My goal is to help people think more clearly, evaluate evidence honestly, and build systems that give them the greatest chance of long-term success.
Professionally, I'm an MBA, PMP, and enterprise SaaS implementation leader. Personally, I'm someone whose life has been profoundly shaped by addiction and recovery. Those two experiences taught me the same lesson from different directions:
Better systems create better outcomes.

Today my work focuses on addiction recovery, but my broader passion is exploring complex problems that people believe they already understand, challenging conventional assumptions, and designing practical frameworks that produce better results.
